Tilda + Friends ATC - Wet + Windy

Here's my ATC for this weeks Tilda + Friends Challenge - Wet + Windy.

The gorgeous paper is a fab download of ATC papers from Funky Hand, I recommend a visit as these ATC papers are perfectly cut to size and theres a gorgeous selection of colours and patterns and all at a great price.

I have use Skating Tilda and coloured her in with a mixture of chalks and watercolours.
