Hi everyone and a happy Saturday to you all... ok you probably wondering why I'm so perky this morning, well I have been off work for most of the week ~ a well earned rest. And have time to join in a few challenge and I also have NO work today ~ yeah !! So more time to play.... Anyway welcome to another Penny Black challenge ~ and thanks to everyone who joined in Nat's fabulous sketch last week and wow what a fabulous response we had to ~ and lots of gorgoeus creations by you all... so don't forget to pop back later to see has won our fabulous prize.

Anything Goes

Now this one should be easy.... or difficult if you think to hard, lol... you can create a card for any ocassion ~ birthday, anniversary etc.. or maybe something a little different ~ box, candle, bag, the choices are endless... so let your creative take over..

So after much thought ~ I decided to make something a little different. I've had this set of clear stamps for so long and hardly use them so decided to to try something different, I stamped it with Distressed Ink onto Cream Card Stock, added a little detail here and there and hey my card was made ~ Simple but I quite like it.

The DT have all created some fabulous inspiration for you again this week, so why not pop over and take a peek... Looking forward to seeing what you all come up with.

Sketch Saturday 48

Well its time for another fabulous sketch by the very talented Jo, but first I'd like to say thanks to everyone who joined in last week, and wow another fabulous response, it was great to see all your gorgoeus creations.

Aren't they just brilliant ~ shame I can't join in, lol

Well after my little shopping spree on Tuesday I picked up some fabulous papers by Papermania ~ Spring Burst.... they were only £4.99 12x12 (30 Sheets) wow I couldn't beleive it either... so obviously I had to make a card with them this week. I apologise though for the poor quality of my pic... the colours are so much brighter and the lime flowers are not so dull.. I really need to sort out my photography skills.

I've used another one of the fabulous WOJ image ~ Maid Charlotte, I've kept her bodice white... but not sure now if it looks ok this way.. didn't want it to be all lilac, oh well its done now. I also recieved my SU order this week and had to have a little play with these gorgeous holders... if that's what you call them, lol.. I'm not sure, so correct me please if Im wrong. My fellow DT buddies have all created some fabulous work again this week ~ so be sure to pop over and take a peek.

Although this card is not really me... as I have been playing with a lot of pink lately, its starting to grow on me.. who know you may see less pink from me in the future.. nah !! only kidding ~ how could I do without my pink creations, lol
