Tilda + Friends ATC - Cooking It Up

Hi everyone, hope your having a good week. I haven't had a chance to do many challenges this week as work has been really busy, but managed to do the Tilda + Friends ATC - Cooking It Up

In addition to your Magnolia stamp we want you to mix in 1 bow, 2 flowers, 3 colours (as well as flesh tones) and 4 brads or gems. Please leave a comment and link to your blog so we can come and have a look at what you have cooked up!



I did start making an ATC for last weeks challenge - Check It Out but didn't manage to finish it in time, so thought I'd post it anyway.

So I decided to participate in Scrummy Stash Cafe - Alter It.

An this is what I did - although its not completely covered like other things I've done, I actually like it better this way.

Cards for Boys

Hi hope you've all had a lovely day, I made a couple of cards today and the first is for:

Tilda + Co Challenge: Stitch Me Up, I can honesty say that this one took me a while as I have only made one male card but after finding the right papers I finaly had fun with it. I did a bit of faux stitching and thought this wouldn't be enough so got out my needle and thread.





This card I made for fun as I wanted to use this fab stamp from Poppicrafts - meet Nutmeg.

Challenges

Hi hope everyone is having a lovely day. I made a couple of cards today for 3 challenges.

The 1st is for Cute Card Thursday - Planes, Trains + Automobiles and also for Papertake Weekly - Making Waves

The cute little image is from Pink Pettitcoat and I added a bit of sparkle to her bow - hope this is ok for both challenges.




The 2nd card is for Daring Card Makers - Shrink to Fit - You are allowed to cover no more than a 5x5cms area of your card with paper or embellishment - the rest of the card must be left plain.

I used a small card about 10cm square (i hope thats not cheating) and embossed the card with Swirls to give it a little extra texture.




I'm sorry for my photography - I just can't get it straight...
